Bidean’ means ‘On the way’
A call to question life and relationships accompany me. Together with the need to transcend and expand myself through art. I am sensitized by the beauty and expressions of the human being. With this inner drive and looking for answers to my endless questions, I left aside the conventional established, which have led me to chart my own path in a personal way. Choosing with intuition, desire and necessity each step; trainings, workshops, experiences and initiatory journeys. In order to create and combine in my own way everything I have learned and assimilated, at the service of helping others personally and in the movement. And ‘on the way’ to my true self I keep learning.
AMAIA OTAMENDI
I am a Body-Mind Therapist in APCI (Interactive Body-Mind Analysis), Dance Therapist, dancer and dance teacher.
My interest in health, movement, art and music led me to investigate and combine various studies. The knowledge of the self in Body-Mind Therapy, along with various experiences of personal development, aromatherapy, massage and meditation. Dance, Body Expression, Physical Theater, Butoh, Clown, Tap dancing, Argentine Tango and Permaculture among others.
My passions are Argentine Tango and Meditation. I am currently a student of Meditation of the ‘Yoga of the Trueful Mind’.
In the silence and stillness, the call to share resounded within me, this is my way of flowing in life.

Body-Mind Therapy in APCI (Interactive Psycho-Body Analysis), Healing Groups for Women, DAP (Assisted Development of Perception), Meditation, Laboratory School of Dramatic Body Expression, Teacher of Ballroom Dancing Licensed by the AEPBSD (Spanish Association of Ballroom and Sport Dancing Teachers), Tap dancing, Clown, Butoh Dance, various stretching techniques, Mézières Method, Contact Improvisation, Dance Theater, Argentine Tango, Contemporary Dance, Ballet, music, ect.
The basis of my studies was mainly in Barcelona, complemented in San Sebastian my hometown, Buenos Aires Argentina, Granada, Lisbon, ect.
EXPERIENCE
Co-Creator of the Body School “Orekan” (Guipuzcoa), where workshops of Dance Expression Therapy, Dance Theater, Contact Improvisation, Psycho-Body Therapy, ect. were given.
I have lived in different cities where I have shared my knowledge of psycho-corporal therapy, life coaching, Argentine Tango and Dance Therapy workshops.
